The Chairman & Yip restaurant has been established for over 14 years originating from the previously recognised Madam Yip restaurant.
A pioneer in fusion cooking where East meets West, we are now a 150 seat restaurant occupying two levels in the heart of Canberra city.
We offer of a range of flexible set menus and prices. We cater for the romantic dinner for two, birthday parties, conference meetings, weddings and corporate gatherings.
Our regular offerings consist of a large a la carte menu, a range of banquets and a degustation or tasting menu, as well as an extensive award-winning wine list.
At lunchtime we regularly offer different lunch specials starting from $25.00. For dinner, we have an early bird special at $28.50 for two courses from a set menu.
We cater for all dietary requirements and we can tailor menus according to diet, budget and occasion. Our staff are most happy to answer any questions and to cater for your requirements.
